Our Commitment
At Hand & Oath, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your candles, we offer a 30-day return policy.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a refund, store credit, or exchange.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns on both used/burned and unused candles, provided they are returned with a valid RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number. To request an RGA number, please contact us at customerservice@handandoath.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return Options
When you return an eligible item, you may choose from the following options:
- Refund - Full refund to your original payment method
- Store Credit - Credit applied to your account for future purchases
- Exchange - Exchange for a different product of equal or lesser value
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Clearance items
- Items returned without a valid RGA number
How to Return
- Contact us at [your email] within 30 days of delivery to request an RGA number
- Pack your item(s) securely in the original packaging if possible
- Clearly write your RGA number on the outside of the package
- Ship the package to the address provided with your RGA confirmation
Processing Your Return
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund, store credit, or exchange within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
