Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
We're pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. All shipments are sent via UPS.
Delivery times vary depending on your location:

- Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at customerservice@handandoath.com with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with UPS to locate your package or send a replacement.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's journey to you.
